Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 69% yield (527 mg, white solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (516 mg, 1.85 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-((4-fluorobenzyl)oxy)-4-methylpyridin-2-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (550 mg, 1.85 mmol, Amine-79, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
