Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 76% yield (228 mg, white solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (212 mg, 0.76 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (6-(4,4-difluoropiperidin-1-yl)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)methanamine hydrochloride (211 mg, 0.76 mmol, Amine-82) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
