Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 60% yield (513 mg, pale yellow solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (666 mg, 2.39 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(3-chloro-4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)ethanamine hydrochloride (600 mg, 2.17 mmol, Amine-83, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
