Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 87% yield (742 mg, pale yellow oil) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (644 mg, 2.31 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (6-(2,2-difluoropropoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)methanamine (500 mg, 2.31 mmol, Amine-84) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
