The title compound is prepared in 77% yield (925 mg, pale yellow solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (945 mg, 3.39 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (5-chloro-6-(2,2-difluoropropoxy)pyridin-3-yl)methanamine (730 mg, 3.08 mmol, Amine-86) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
