Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 57% yield (0.65 g, white solid) from 1-(5-chloro-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (0.8 g, 3.15 mmol, Step-3) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
