Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 78% yield (3.2 g, an off-white solid) from 1-(6-(2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoropropoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (3.0 g, 11.0 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
