Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 83% yield (2.36 g, white solid) from 1-(6-(4-chlorophenoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (2.02 g, 7.72 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.40 g, 11.6 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
