The title compound is prepared in 95% yield (1.76 g, pale yellow amorphous) from 1-(5-methyl-6-((2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)amino)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (1.27 g, 5.47 mmol, Step-3) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.33 g, 10.9 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
