Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 56% yield (402 mg, brown oil) from 1-(5-methyl-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridazin-3-yl)ethanone (500 mg, 2.14 mmol, Step-5) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (388 mg, 3.20 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
