Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 61% yield (481 mg, colorless oil) from 1-(6-(2,2-difluoropropoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (545 mg, 2.38 mmol, Step-3) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (346 mg, 2.85 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
