Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 62% yield (3.5 g, yellows oil) from 1-(5-chloro-6-(2,2-difluoropropoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (4.0 g, 10.1 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (2.91 g, 24.0 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
