Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 90% yield (1.22 g, colorless oil) from 1-(5-chloro-6-(cyclopropylmethoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (923 mg, 4.09 mmol, Step-3) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (744 mg, 6.14 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
