Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 76% yield (1.17 g, colorless oil) from 1-(6-cyclobutoxy-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (1.03 g, 5.00 mmol, Step-3) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (909 mg, 7.50 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
