Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 67% yield (972 mg, pale yellow solid) from 5-((4-fluorobenzyl)oxy)-4-methylpicolinaldehyde (1.03 g, 4.19 mmol, Step-5) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (762 mg, 6.29 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-6 of Amine-49.
