A mixture of 2-chloro-N-(2-(1-(5-methyl-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethyl)-1-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-4-yl)acetamide (25 mg, 0.056 mmol, Step-1, single enantiomer), and morpholine (15 mg, 0.17 mmol) in DMF (1.0 mL) is heated at 60° C. for 3 hours. The reaction mixture is concentrated. The residue is purified by preparative LC-MS to give 10.6 mg (38% yield) of the title compound.
