A mixture of the product of Step B (0.11 g, 0.3 mmol) and 10% Pd/C (0.06 g) in EtOH (10 ml) was stirred for 16 h under H2. The catalyst was filtered through Celite pad and the filtrate evaporated to dryness to give the title compound (0.11 g, 100%,) as creamy gum. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) 7.74 (d, 2H, J=7.89 Hz); 7.29 (d, 2H, J=8.01 Hz); 4.9 (bs, 1H, NH); 3.71-3.65 (m, 2H); 2.92-2.87 (m, 2H); 2.70 (t, 2H, J=7.74 Hz); 2.45-2.30 (m, 1H); 2.25-2.10 (m, 1H); 1.86-1.58 (m, 9H); 1.3-1.1 (m, 2H); 1.08 (s, 3H); 0.83 (s, 3H).
