When the product of Step B was substituted for N-(6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]heptan-2-yl)-4-(4-hydroxybut-1-ynyl)benzene sulphonamide in Example 18, Step C, the similar process afforded the title compound in 99% yield, as a colourless paste. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) 7.05 (d, 2H, J=8.54 Hz); 6.78 (d, 2H, J=8.58 Hz); 3.91 (t, 2H, J=6.81 Hz); 3.64 (t, 2H, J=6.02 Hz); 2.57-2.53 (m, 2H); 1.90-1.57 (m, 14H); 1.18 (s, 3H); 1.01 (s, 3H).
