When the product of Step A was substituted for N-(6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]heptan-2-yl)-4-(4-hydroxybut-1-ynyl)benzene sulphonamide in Example 18, Step C, the similar process afforded the title crude product (0.195 g; 96%) as creamy paste. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) 7.35 (d, 2H, J=8.01 Hz); 7.14 (d, 2H, J=8.1 Hz); 6.85 (t, 2H, J=7.54 Hz); 6.51-6.45 (m, 2H); 5.46 (s, 1H); 3.73-3.48 (m, 4H); 3.07 (t, 2H, J=6.97 Hz); 2.71 (t, 2H, 7.45 Hz); 1.96-1.85 (m, 2H); 1.22 (t, 6H, J=7.07 Hz).
