Title compound 38 (1.70 g, 1.98 mmol), Pd (C) 10% (0.17 g, 10% w/w) and MeOH were put in a Parr-Shaker apparatus and the reaction mixture was pressurized to 55 PSI of H2. The mixture was agitated over night. The catalyst was filtered and the filtrate was concentrated to afford title compound 39 (1.55 g, 100%) as a clear oil. LRMS (ESI): (calc) 311.08. (found) 312.1 (MH)+.
