Compound 73c (240 mg, 0.816 mmol) was treated with triethyl phosphite (2.12 mL, 12.2 mmol) and the resultant slurry was heated to 110° C. for 4 h. The reaction was concentrated in vacuo, diluted with DCM (50 mL), washed with sodium bicarbonate, dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by preparative TLC (10% MeOH/DCM) to afford compound 73d as an oil. Mass spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.) Calcd. For C17H22NO5P: 352.1 (M+H). found 352.2.
