Reaction Steps
4-[5-(4-Chloro-phenyl)-4-cyclopentylmethyl-2-(2-ethoxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl]-piperazin-2-one was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4-cyclopentylmethyl-2-(2-ethoxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole (Example 9) in an analogous manner as described for the preparation of [5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4-cyclopentylmethyl-2-(2-ethoxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazol-1-yl]-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-methanone (Example 24). HR-MS (ES, m/z) observed 539.2423, calculated for C29H36N4O4Cl [(M+H)+]539.2420.
