Procedure

[5-(4-Chloro-phenyl)-2-(2-ethoxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-imidazol-1-yl]-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-methanone was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-(2-ethoxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole, trifluoroacetate salt (Example 17) in an analogous manner as described for the preparation of [5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4-cyclopentylmethyl-2-(2-ethoxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-imidazol-1-yl]-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-methanone (Example 24). HR-MS (ES, m/z) observed 471.2166, calculated for C25H32N4O3Cl [(M+H)+]471.2158.
