Procedure

5-Cyclopentanecarbonyl-3-(dimethylaminomethyleneamino)thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester and 4-(4-methyl[1,4]diazepan-1-yl)phenylamine were reacted by method A1. The product with the molecular weight of 436.58 (C24H28N4O2S) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 437 (M+H+).
