N2-(1-Benzyl-piperidin-4-yl)-benzothiazole-2,6-diamine (Example 27b, 39 mg, 0.12 mmol) was stirred with benzoylisothiocyanate (17 μl, 1.1 eq.) in dry THF at room temperature under argon for 24 hours. The solvent was evaporated to give a yellow oil. The oil was purified by chromatography on silica gel (30% ethyl acetate/hexanes) to give a yellow oil (60.7 mg, 100%).
