Compound 106 was treated with TFA/anisole according to the procedure for compound 41 and then reacted with 1H-pyrazole-1-carboxamidine hydrochloride according to the procedure for compound 47. Yield: 86%. MS: 449.15 (M+H+). 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6) 12.48 (s, 1H), 11.64 (s, 1H), 10.43 (s, 1H), 8.73–8.71 (m, 2H), 8.11–8.06 (m, 2H), 7.72–7.68 (m, 2H), 7.62–7.58 (d, 1H), 7.42–7.39 (m, 2H), 7.20–7.04 (m, 4H), 3.42 (t, 2H), 3.33–3.26 (m, 2H).
