5-[4-([2-(4-phenoxyphenyl)ethyl]aminomethyl)phenyl]isothiazolidin-3-one 1,1-dioxide trifluoroacetate of (6.5 mg, 0.012 mmol) was dissolved in N-methyl-pyrrolidinone (100 μL) with N,N-diisopropylethylamine (10 μL). A solution of acetic anhydride in N-methyl-pyrrolidinone (100 mL) was added and the mixture stirred for 1 h. The mixture was purified by preparative LCMS to give the desired product. White solid, (5.0 mg, 87%). LCMS found for C26H27N2O5S (M+H)+: m/z=479.
