Yield: 71.2%. mp: 175-177° C. 1HNMR (ppm, DMSO-d6) δ: 1.53 (m, 4H), 2.36 (m, 2H), 2.50 (s, br., 4H), 2.94 (s, br., 4H), 3.28 (m, 2H), 3.76 (s, 3H), 6.86 (m, 2H), 6.93 (m, 2H), 7.15 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.70-7.74 (m, 2H), 8.42 (t, J=5.6 Hz, 1H).
