Procedure

This compound is prepared in a manner analogous to that of Example 1, using 3.2 grams (0.013 mole) of 4-[2-(3-chlorophenyl)propan-yl]cyclohexanone and 1.2 grams (0.014 mole) of cyanoguanidine in 2-(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethanol, yielding 2,4-diamino-6-[2-(3-chlorophenyl)propan-2-yl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinazoline.
