Reaction Steps
In a manner similar to that of Example 1, 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-7-chloro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-quinoline-3-carboxylic acid (II, R1 : cyclopropyl; X: chloro) is reacted with 1-(t-butylmethylsilyl)piperazine (III, R2 : hydrogen; R3 and R4 : methyl; R5 : t-butyl) to afford a solid compound.
