Reaction Steps

A mixture of the product from Step 3 (1 equiv), pyrrolidine (2 equiv) and K2CO3 (8 equiv) in DMF is stirred at 65° C. overnight. The solvent is removed and the residue is dissolved in EtOAc. The organic solution is washed with water, dried, and evaporated to dryness. The residue is purified by chromatography on a silica column to afford the title compound.
