The reaction of 4-bromo-6-trifluoromethyl-2-[4-(3-trifluoromethylpyridin-2-yl)piperazin-1-yl]-1H-benzoimidazole (148 mg, 0.3 mmol, Example 7) with 2-tributylstannylthiazole (Matrix Scientific) under the conditions of Example 35 gave the title compound as an amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 499 (M+1).
