Reaction Steps
2-Chloro-6-(trifluoromethyl)-4-(3,4,5-trifluorophenyl)-1H-benzoimidazole (52 mg, 0.15 mmol, Example 51b) reacted with (3R)-1-(3-bromopyridin-2-yl)-3-methylpiperazine (48 mg, 0.2 mmol, Example 43a) under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound as a white amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 570 (M+1).
