(6-{4-[7-Bromo-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl]piperazin-1-yl}-5-chloropyridin-3-yl)methanol from step (a) above (98 mg, 0.2 mmol) and 3-fluoro-4-methoxyphenylboronic acid (43 mg, 0.25 mmol, Aldrich) reacted under the conditions of Example 51 to give the title compound as a white amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 536 (M+1).
