Reaction Steps
2-Chloro-6-(trifluoromethyl)-4-(3,4,5-trifluorophenyl)-1H-benzoimidazole (350 mg, 1 mmol, Example 51b) reacted with (S)-(+)-2-methylpiperazine (150 mg. 1.5 mmol, Aldrich) under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound as a light-brown solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 415 (M+1).
