A mixture of 2-chloro-6-trifluoromethyl-1H-benzoimidazole (176 mg, 0.8 mmol, Example 1c) and (3R)-3-methyl-1-(3-trifluoromethyl-pyridin-2-yl)-piperazine (245 mg, 1.0 mmol, Example 79a) in dioxane (2 mL) reacted under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 430 (M+1).
