实验过程

A mixture of N-(5,6-dichloro-pyridin-3-ylmethyl)-N-methyl-acetamide from step (a) above (233 mg, 1.0 mmol) and (R)-(−)-2-methyl-piperazine (110 mg, 1.1 mmol, Aldrich) reacted under the conditions of Example 3a to give the title compound. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 297 (M+1).
