A mixture of {5-chloro-6-[(3R)-3-methyl-piperazin-1-yl]-pyridin-3-yl}-methanol (530 mg, 2.2 mmol, Example 150a) and N-(2-chloro-6-trifluoromethyl-3H-benzoimidazol-4-yl)-3,4,5-trifluoro-benzamide from step (d) above (787 mg, 2.0 mmol) in EtOH (2 mL, Aldrich) reacted under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound as a white solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/e: 599 (M+1).
