Dess-Martin periodinane (8 g, 19 mmol) was added to a solution of 73.2 (˜15.5 mmol) in DCM (80 mL). After 1 hour, the reaction mixture was concentrated with silica gel and chromatographed (silica gel, 1:2 EtOAc/hexane) to obtain compound 73.3 (4.3 g, 14.7 mmol). MS ESI (pos.) m/e: 294.1 (M+H).
