Procedure
The title compound was prepared from 4-[2-Methyl-4-(6-morpholin-4-yl-pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-phenoxy]-benzoic acid tert-butyl ester by a procedure analogous to the synthesis of 3-[2-Methyl-4-(6-pyrrolidin-1-yl-pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino phenoxy]-benzoic acid. LRMS: 458.3 (MH+) HPLC Rf: 5.94 min.
