Reaction Steps
Add 4M hydrogen chloride in dioxane (3 mL) to (2R,4R)-2-[(4S,5S)-3-acetyl-4-(3,5-difluoro-benzyl)-2,2-dimethyl-oxazolidin-5-yl]-4-(2-methoxy-phenoxy)-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (0.061 g, 0.21 mmol). Stir 1 h and concentrate to give the title compound as a foam (0.05 g, 100%).
