The title compound was prepared following the procedure B using 6-[(4-dec-1-ynylbenzyl)amino]-2,2-dimethyl-4H-1,3-benzodioxin-4-one and 3-cyclopentylpropanoyl chloride (purification by flash chromatography on SiO2 EtOAc/c-Hex 20/80) as a colorless oil (97%). 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ: 7.68 (d, J=2.3 Hz, 1H), 7.30 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 2H), 7.09 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 2H), 7.06-6.99 (m, 1H), 6.90 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 4.85 (s, 2H), 2.39 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 2.13-2.01 (m, 2H), 1.75 (s, 6H), 1.70-1.20 (m, 21H), 1.04-0.83 (m, 5H). HPLC, Rt: 6.6 min (purity: 99.7%).
