The titled compound was prepared following the procedure C using N-{4-[(4-chlorophenyl)ethynyl]benzyl}-3-cyclopentyl-N-(2,2-dimethyl-4-oxo-4H-1,3-benzodioxin-6-yl)propanamide and NaOH as a white powder (95%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 7.56 (m, 2H), 7.48 (m, 5H), 7.30-7.19 (m, 3H), 6.93 (m, 1H), 4.82 (brs, 2H). 2.08-1.99 (m, 2H), 1.69-1.33 (m, 9H), 0.99-0.82 (m, 3H). HPLC, Rt: 5.76 min (Purity: 88.5%).
