According to the general procedure B, 5,6-difluoro-N1-(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)benzene-1,2-diamine was reacted with furan-2-sulfonyl chloride to obtain the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 7.53 (br s, D2O exchangeable, 1H), 7.38 (dd, J=1.8 & 10.5 Hz, 1H), 7.30 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.21 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 6.96 (dd, J=8.7 & 16.5 Hz, 1H), 6.87 (ddd, J=1.8, 5.1 & 9.0 Hz, 1H), 6.53 (dd, J=1.8 & 3.6 Hz, 1H), 6.44 (dt, J=5.1, 8.7 & 13.8 Hz, 1H), 6.22 (br s, D2O exchangeable, 1H).
