According to the general procedure B, 5,6-difluoro-N1-(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)benzene1,2-diamine was reacted with 2,5-dimethylthiophene-3-sulfonyl chloride to obtain the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): 17.39 (dd, J=1.8 & 10.2 Hz, 1H), 7.24-7.16 (br m, 2H), 7.13 (dd, J=9.0 & 17.4 Hz, 1H), 6.77 (d, J=9.6 Hz, 1H), 5.98 (dt, J=2.4, 8.7 & 17.4 Hz, 1H), 5.55 (br s, 1H), 2.33 (s, 6H).
