Reaction Steps
The title compound (D18) was prepared using a similar procedure to Description 4 step 1from 1-(4-cyanophenyl)-piperidine4-carboxylic acid (D3), (2S, 6S)-2,6-dimethylpiperazine dihydrochloride (J. W. Mickleson, K. L. Belonga and E. J. Jacobsen, J. Org. Chem., 1995, 60(13), 4177-4183), EDC, HOBT and N-methyl morpholine in DMF.
