Prepared according to the method of Example 6 Step 4 using N-(2-iodophenyl)-N′-methylurea and sodium 6-(4-fluorophenyl)naphthalene-2-sulfinate, to give the title compound as a white solid (81 mg). 1H NMR (500 MHz, d6-DMSO): δ 8.81 (1H, s), 8.34 (2H, s), 8.18 (2H, dd, J=8.6, 21.9 Hz), 8.08-8.02 (2H, m), 7.97 (1H, d, J=8.3 Hz), 7.90 (2H, dd, J=5.5, 8.7 Hz), 7.84 (1H, dd, J=1.7, 8.6 Hz), 7.61-7.57 (1H, m), 7.52 (1H, s), 7.37 (2H, t, J=8.8 Hz), 7.25 (1H, t, J=7.6 Hz), 2.56 (3H, d, J=4.4 Hz); m/z (ES+) 411 [MH+].
