Reaction Steps
Using a procedure analogous to that used to prepare 2D, 62G (150 mg, 0.423 mmol) was reacted with 3-aminobenzamide and glyoxylic acid monohydrate to afford 62H (170 mg, 80%) as an oil. MS (ESI) m/z 503.2 (M+H)+.
