Reaction Steps

To a solution of BOP (30 mg, 0.065), TEA (0.07 mL, 0.5 mmol) in 40 mL of CH2Cl2, was added a solution of 80F (40 mg, 0.055 mmol) in DMF (8 mL) via a syringe pump over 6 h. The mixture was stirred r.t over night, then was quenched with sat. NH4Cl and extracted with EtOAc (3×20 mL). The organic layer was washed with brine, dried (Na2SO4) and concentrated. Purification via flash chromatography (0-10% MeOH/CH2Cl2) afforded 80G (21 mg, 54%). MS (ESI) m/z 709.5 (M+H)+.
