The same procedure as employed in the preparation of Example 1 (step c) using N-dodecyl-4-nitrobenzamide and hydrogen at a pressure of 20 bar at 50° C. gave the title compound (98%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 7.93 (t, 1H, J=5.6 Hz), 7.53 (d, 2H, J=8.7 Hz), 6.50 (d, 2H, J=8.7 Hz), 8.30 (s, 2H), 3.16 (m, 2H), 1.36-1.52 (m, 2H), 1.12-1.33 (m, 18H), 0.83 (t, 3H, J=6.7 Hz). HPLC (Condition A), Rt: 4.87 min (HPLC purity 99.7%).
